Embodied Sessions are a heart-centered, intuitive approach to healing through touch. It honors the deep intelligence of your body—how it remembers and stores every life experience, emotional imprint, and ancestral thread. Your body keeps score, not only in the physical realm but across all layers of your being.

Through body mapping, intuitive guidance, and deep presence, we listen to the subtle language of your energy centers, meridians, and holding patterns. Each session is uniquely tailored to your body’s needs, facilitating profound release, spiritual insight, and a return to your natural state of flow.

To secure your appointment, please send etransfer at the time of booking (unless otherwise discussed). There will be no refunds given to cancelling last minute or not showing for your appointment. Rescheduling must take place 24 hours prior to your booked appointment.
